Meet the Founder

Personal Background

Hello, I’m Destiny Jackson, founder of Giving Dauntlessly. As a Black, first-generation college student, my journey has been shaped by resilience and a deep passion for giving back to my community. I understand the challenges that come with navigating higher education, and it’s that understanding that fuels my commitment to helping others achieve their academic and personal goals.

Experience

From a young age, I have been dedicated to community service. I graduated high school with over 80 hours of volunteer work, and I am proud to be on track to graduate college with over 200 hours of service. Each hour has been an opportunity to learn, grow, and make a difference in the lives of others. As a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, I’ve been inspired to live out my values of service and philanthropy. These experiences have motivated me to create lasting change and empower students to realize their full potential.

In August 2023, I founded Giving Dauntlessly with the support of an amazing team. Our mission is to bridge the gap between students’ potential and academic success. Through mentorship, resources, and a focus on community, Giving Dauntlessly is committed to helping students overcome barriers and thrive in their academic journey.
